The Port Boulogne Calais is also a multimodal port and currently the only one in Europe to have a rail motorway terminal, offering an integrated Ro-ro-rail service.
“Calais Port 2015” is the 1st maritime project under the European Union priority infrastructure plan. With this ongoing project costing over 650 million euros, the port will double its current capacity within 2021.
